Wie sende ich eine Anfrage?
Nach dem Checkout den Link in der Mail öffnen. Stadt, Branche, Keywords und Zeilenzahl eintragen. Sobald du sendest, kommt die Anfrage in die Warteschlange.
Welches Format bekomme ich?
Excel oder CSV mit Kopfzeilen und einer Beispielzeile, bereit zum Pivotieren oder Deduplizieren.
Dedupliziert ihr?
Ja — nach Telefon plus Adresse oder Link, wir behalten den neuesten Stand.
Wie lange dauert es?
Meist 24–48 Stunden. Siehe Lieferung.
Bekomme ich eine Rechnung?
Ja. Antworte auf die Bestätigungsmail mit Rechnungsname und Steuernummer.
Einmal vs. Monat?
Einmal ist ein einzelnes Zeilenpaket. Monat ist ein Kontingent, damit du dasselbe Szenario erneut einreichen kannst.
Kann ich nach der Lieferung erstatten?
Nein. Nicht gelieferte Bestellungen schon. Siehe Erstattung.
Is this an Apify Actor or a live API?
No. You buy a one-off Excel or CSV table of public pages. You do not run an Actor, and you do not get an API key. $1 start, $5 per 1000 rows, usually 24–48 hours. To run scrapers yourself, use Apify Store. For a live API, see opendata.best. How it works has the three-way contrast.
Is Shopify login the same as quota and downloads?
No. Shopify login is for order receipts. Quota, job status, and CSV downloads use the checkout email (My quota), or the account page after you log in with that same email. Starting a job still needs the submit link in the confirmation email.
I did not get the Shopify login code.
The code is sent by Shopify, not this shop. Check spam, wait a minute, and retry. Use the same email you used at checkout. To download a table without logging in, open My quota and enter that email plus the order number.
What is the difference between shop register and Shopify login?
Shopify login is for order receipts. Shop register is our own password, for quota and CSV downloads. Register needs the checkout email and at least the last 4 digits of the order number. Do not mix the two logins.
