Enter the checkout email and the last 4+ digits of the Shopify order number (#1001 → 1001). Or sign in with a shop password.
Shopify login is for order receipts. A shop password (Register) is for quota and downloads. Guest lookup needs the checkout email plus the order number.
You get an Excel or CSV table by email — not software, not a tracking number.
When a file is ready, download it here or from the delivery email. Start a job from the unique link in the confirmation email.
Usually 24–48 hours after you submit. Queues or a flaky source site can take longer; we email if that happens. We do not promise a clock time.
