If we have not sent the file, we refund. If it is already in your inbox, we do not.
Not delivered
If we miss the window or cannot meet your brief, we refund the order to the original payment method.
Delivered
Excel / CSV in your inbox is a digital good. No refund.
Wrong scenario or city after delivery is not refundable. Buy another run.
Row packs
Undelivered packs can be refunded. Runs already delivered are not.
Fewer rows than the pack
A narrow filter can undershoot the pack. We rerun the same brief or explain the source cap. That is not a full refund.
How to ask
Reply to the confirmation or delivery email with the order number and checkout email.
