You get an Excel or CSV table by email — not software, not a tracking number.
When a file is ready, download it here or from the delivery email. Start a job from the unique link in the confirmation email.
Usually 24–48 hours after you submit. Queues or a flaky source site can take longer; we email if that happens. We do not promise a clock time.
If 48 hours have passed and there is still no file, write with the order number to [email protected]
